We started the activity in 2004 as a personnel leasing provider for the Romanian market.
In 2006, due to the requirements of the existing clients, the services extended to Recruitment & Executive Search, for specialists and middle management positions.
In 2007, we created 2 separate Divisions: The Recruitment Division and the Personnel Division: including the administrative work for the leased personnel.
In 2008, new services were added under the Consultancy Division: HR Outsourcing, Career Counseling and Competency Certification for jobs – due to the partnership signed with RoMarketing Oradea.
In 2010, Royalty Jobs started providing authorized Training for certifying Career Counsellors, according to the GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) curicula.
